How do I create a clinic account?
Download the Hakeem app or open the web app and tap Open the clinic / Register. The onboarding wizard walks you through setting up your clinic, including reading your existing letterhead to extract your branding automatically.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and enter your account email. We'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check spam or email support@hakeemcare.ai.
How do I add a doctor or staff member to my clinic?
Open Team from the menu and invite them by email. Each teammate signs in with their own credentials, and every change is recorded in your clinic's audit log.
Why does the app need microphone, camera, or photo access?
The microphone is used for voice dictation and the AI assistant; the camera and photo library are used to capture or pick your clinic logo and letterhead. Hakeem only requests access when a feature needs it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account or clinic data?
Email support@hakeemcare.ai from the address linked to your account and tell us whether you want your user account removed, your whole clinic closed, or specific data deleted. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy for what gets removed.
